How does Grill Sgt BBQ fundraiser plan operate?

Your group simply sells tickets to anyone that would like to attend the dinner. Once you know the total number of people attending, see chart below for pricing details. Suggested prices can be adjusted if needed to help you with a better profit margin for your fundraiser.

TIP— Early advertisement such as flyers, radio, Facebook, and newspapers ads can help make your BBQ event a success.

  • One 1/3 pound of BBQ with sauce (choice of chopped pork or beef), slaw and beans.
  • Two Smoked hot dogs, cole slaw and beans
  • Smoked Leg Quarter chicken dinner with slaw, beans.
  • Can drinks extra $1.50
  • All meals include: Plates utensils and napkins
  • Volunteer servers are always welcomed by your group

Note: Fundraiser packages are available to any club or organization; however, they must include a minimum order of 100 plates. In order to assure that ample food will be prepared we require a final headcount 7 days prior to the event along with a 50% deposit at that time. Costs may change due to economic conditions.
